Book me gives your workspace one public inquiry page. A new client fills it in, and the job lands in PaloWorks as a client and a project — no copying details out of an email.

- Open Settings and find “Book me”. It is visible to the workspace owner.
- Under “Public booking page”, choose “Copy booking link”, or open the page to see what a visitor sees.
- Put the link wherever new clients find you: your website’s contact button, your email signature, your social profiles.

Their name, email, company (optional), what they need, and a little more detail. They never make an account.

- PaloWorks creates the client — or reuses the one with the same email — and an active project named after what they need, in the scoping stage, with their answers saved as the submitted brief.
- You get a “New inquiry” email.
- If your plan is already at its limit, nothing is created and the email tells you so, so the inquiry is never lost silently.
The booking link is fixed for the workspace and cannot be rotated. The form is rate-limited per visitor, so a script cannot flood your projects.
