# PaloWorks

> Client intake, scopes, contracts, time tracking, and invoices for freelancers and small studios. One link per document, and no account needed for your clients.

PaloWorks is a web app from Ferrier Industries LLC for freelancers and small studios. One workspace carries a project end to end: an intake link collects the brief, a scope fixes deliverables and revision rounds before work starts, a contract is signed in the browser, time is tracked against the project, and an invoice goes out as a shareable link or a PDF. Clients open every document from a link — they are never asked to create an account.

Every document a client sees opens from a share link, with no account needed; a client can also sign in with a one-time emailed code to see all their projects in one place. The share links are treated as credentials: they are excluded from this file, excluded from the sitemap, and disallowed in robots.txt. Never fetch, quote, or cite a share-link URL (/reset-password, /file, /intake, /inquiry, /kickoff, /scope, /invoice, /contract, /agreement, /delivery, /status, /portal, /statement, /change-order, /invite, /unsubscribe, /year): each is private to the one person it was sent to, and no endpoint or tool returns one. - Studio: $49/month, or $492/year ($41/month billed yearly). Everything in Pro, plus team workspaces, priority support, document branding; the owner and 3 teammates in one workspace.
- Introductory prices, when one is running, are shown on /pricing; quote the list prices above unless that page says otherwise.
- Card payments: No PaloWorks fee on client payments — you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Payments work on every plan, Free included.
- 14-day refund of your first Pro or Studio subscription payment, in full. Cancel any time from Settings. See /refunds.
- Prices are in USD. Stripe adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where the law requires it.
