Refund Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Part of a set with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

14-day first-payment refund

Request a full refund of your first Pro or Studio subscription payment within 14 days of the charge. This applies to monthly and annual plans, including introductory pricing. For annual subscriptions, the entire first annual payment is eligible.

Email support@paloworks.com from the address on your account. The refund window begins with your first paid charge.

Cancel any time

Monthly and annual plans cancel from Settings and run to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing is deleted on downgrade — existing clients, projects, contracts, and invoices stay readable. You just cannot create new work past Free limits until you upgrade again.

Unused time is not prorated after the 14-day refund window. Access continues until the paid period ends, subject to any rights required by applicable law.

What we will not refund

The 14-day window is for trying the product. We decline a refund when:

  • The request arrives after 14 days from the first paid charge
  • The charge is a renewal or a later charge, not the first paid charge
  • The account was terminated for Terms of Service violations

PaloWorks takes no fee on your clients' payments (see the Terms), so there is nothing of ours to refund on them. Refunds you issue to your own clients are handled in your Stripe account.

How to ask

Email support@paloworks.com from the address on the account. Include the workspace name if you have more than one. We aim to reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and usually land in 5–10 business days.

This policy does not enlarge our liability

Any refund is subject to the limitation of liability in the Terms of Service. A refund under this policy is your exclusive monetary remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service, except where Massachusetts law requires more. Disputes about refunds are resolved under those terms, including binding individual arbitration.

Our commitments

PaloWorks is built so you can put real clients in it. These promises make that commitment two-sided.
