Support goes to the people who build the product. A person reads it and a person answers. There is no chatbot.

- Questions about your account, billing, or how something works: support@paloworks.com. Write from the address on your account so we can find it.
- Help center
- Step-by-step articles for each feature, each naming the plan it needs, are in the help center.
- Security reports
- Report a security vulnerability to security@paloworks.com. A person who works on the code reads every report. Please give us a reasonable chance to fix a problem before you disclose it publicly, and do not access, change, or delete data that is not yours while you test. Also published in security.txt; how the product is protected is on Security.
- Privacy requests
- To access, correct, or delete anything the product does not let you change yourself, write to privacy@paloworks.com. Exporting your data and closing your account are in Settings; what is collected and why is in the Privacy Policy.
- Refunds
- When a subscription is refunded and how to ask is in the Refund Policy.
