Customise the intake form: question types and optional questions
Ask for a paragraph, a short answer, a single choice, several choices, or a date — and mark any question optional.

- In Settings → Intake questions, choose “Edit questions”.
- For each question pick an “Answer type”: “Paragraph”, “Short answer”, “Pick one”, “Pick any”, or “Date”.
- For “Pick one” and “Pick any”, list the choices one per line — at least two.
- Tick “Optional” for anything a client may skip. Everything else is required.
- Choose “Save questions”.
Answers arrive on the project’s Intake tab under each question’s label; several choices read as one line, like “Web, Social”. Clients who close the tab part-way through find their answers waiting when they come back on the same device.
