Getting paid by your clients

Your plan is what you pay PaloWorks. Pay-through-PaloWorks takes Free 1%, Pro 0.5%, or Studio 0.1% of the charge. Stripe's own processing fees apply. Payments you mark paid outside PaloWorks have no take. Payments work on every plan, Free included.

Prices

Prices are in USD. The first-year annual special runs through December 31, 2026. Annual Studio is $249 the first year, then $41/mo billed yearly.

Before you choose

Questions, answered plainly.

What people ask before they choose a plan. Anything else is answered by the people who build PaloWorks.

What happens to my work if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. Existing clients, projects, contracts, and invoices stay exactly as they are and remain readable. You simply cannot create new work beyond the Free limits until you upgrade again.

Can I take payments on the Free plan?

Yes. Connecting Stripe and getting paid works on every plan, including Free — we would rather you get paid. PaloWorks take on Pay: Free 1%, Pro 0.5%, Studio 0.1% — Stripe's processing fees are extra, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.

Is there a limit on email to my clients?

Email to your clients goes out from PaloWorks' own sending domain, so each workspace has a daily allowance: 50 client emails in any 24 hours for a Free workspace's first 14 days, then 200; 1,000 on Pro; 3,000 on Studio. During a trial the Free allowance applies until you subscribe. Email to your own team does not count. Receipts, signed agreements and the one-time codes a client asks for, to sign or to open their portal, go out whatever the allowance. A payment reminder you ask to send right away is not sent while the allowance has no room for it, and you are told so. Every other client email over the allowance waits and goes out on its own as the 24 hours move on — nothing is dropped.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No. Monthly and annual cancel any time from Settings and run to the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo. Annual Pro is $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly ($192). Monthly Studio is $10.99 first month, then $49/mo. Annual Studio is $249 the first year, then $41/mo billed yearly. 14-day refund of your first Pro or Studio subscription payment, in full.

Does “draft a scope from the brief” need anything set up?

It uses an AI model to turn a submitted intake into a first draft of the scope, which you then edit and lock. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button, and the Privacy Policy names the provider.

Who is behind PaloWorks?

Ferrier Industries LLC. Billing, invoicing, and support (support@paloworks.com) are all handled by the same company — there is no reseller in the middle. Every way to reach us.
