Read a page before you hand over anything

The opening of the round, exactly as it appears in the pack. This is the part that decides whether Sunday is included.

WHAT A ROUND IS

This sits with the scope dated [date]. It covers the retouched images in
that scope.

1. A ROUND

A round is one set of written notes, sent once, on every image you want
changed. Collect the notes from everyone who gets a say. Then send them.
If two people disagree, they settle it before the notes reach me.

2. WHAT THE TWO ROUNDS COVER

Two rounds are included. A normal note inside a round: a crop, a colour,
a distraction, a sky, a small cleanup on an image already in the set.

3. WHAT STARTS THE NEXT ROUND

Notes that arrive after a round is done. One image on Monday, three on
Thursday, and a text on Sunday are not one round. The first set is the
round. Anything after it that reopens finished work is the next one.

4. WHAT IS NOT A ROUND

These are a change order, even when they look small:

  - A new direction after one was approved
  - More finished images than the scope names
  - Raw files
  - A crop or a size for a use the scope did not sell
  - Notes from someone who was not the approver

5. THE PRICE OF THE NEXT ONE

Past the two included, the next round is [$X]. Agree it before I open the
file. I will tell you when a request would use the last included round,
before I do the work.

Worth your email if
