Send one booking file: scope, signature, deposit
A single page that walks a new client through the locked scope, the agreement, and the first payment.

The booking file puts the three things that start a job on one page, in order: read the scope, sign the agreement, pay.
- On the project, “Copy booking file” copies the link and “Open booking file” shows it to you.
- It opens on the locked scope: the price, the revision rounds, and the deliverables.
- If you have shared a contract, your client types their name and chooses “Agree & sign”. Contracts are part of Pro, so on Free the booking file shows the scope only.
- After signing, if your Stripe account is connected, the page offers to pay the amount due — by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and by US bank account where eligible.
The booking file shares its link with the client portal, so it cannot be revoked separately from the project today.
