Prices are in USD. Stripe adds VAT or sales tax at checkout where the law requires it. The first-year annual special runs through December 31, 2026. Annual Studio is $249 the first year, then $41/mo billed yearly.

Questions
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Existing clients, projects, contracts, and invoices stay exactly as they are and remain readable. You simply cannot create new work beyond the Free limits until you upgrade again.
Can I take payments on the Free plan?
Yes. Connecting Stripe and getting paid works on every plan, including Free — we would rather you get paid. No PaloWorks fee on client payments — you pay only Stripe's standard processing fees, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No. Monthly and annual cancel any time from Settings and run to the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly Pro is $4.99 the first month, then $19/mo. Annual Pro is $99 the first year, then $16/mo billed yearly ($192). Monthly Studio is $10.99 first month, then $49/mo. Annual Studio is $249 the first year, then $41/mo billed yearly. 14-day refund of your first Pro or Studio subscription payment, in full.
Does “draft a scope from the brief” need anything set up?
It uses an AI model to turn a submitted intake into a first draft of the scope, which you then edit and lock. Nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button, and the Privacy Policy names the provider.
